Terms of use.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover the website and its community features; the services themselves — preparation, administration sessions, integration — are governed by the client agreement you sign before working with us.

Who may use this site

SoulForest serves adults 21 and older, consistent with the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act. By using the site you confirm you're 21+.

Information, not medical advice

Everything on this site — pages, blog posts, community articles, comments — is educational information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and doesn't create a provider–client relationship. See ourMedical Disclaimer. Participation in psilocybin services always requires the licensed screening process; nothing on this site is an offer to serve any particular person.

Community content

  • What you write stays yours. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and reasonably excerpt it on this site.
  • Everything is reviewed by a human before it appears publicly, and we may decline or remove anything at our discretion — especially medical advice or outcome claims, personal medical details, information about other people, crisis content, spam, or anything unlawful.
  • Don't post content you don't have the right to share, and don't misrepresent who you are.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the community.

Our content

The site's text, design, and imagery belong to SoulForest or its licensors. You're welcome to link to and quote it reasonably with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoulForest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liabilities that Colorado law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
