LEGAL

Privacy, plainly.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

SoulForest is a state-licensed psilocybin healing center in Arvada, Colorado. We built this website to collect as little about you as possible — and this page describes, in plain language, the little it does collect.

What we collect — and what we deliberately don't

  • No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies. Pages load nothing from ad or analytics networks — fonts and images are served by us.
  • Browsing the site requires no account and sends us no personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability.
  • A community account holds one thing: your email address, used to send sign-in links and nothing else — plus the public display name you choose and the articles or comments you write. There are no passwords.
  • Guest comments: if you leave an email with a comment without creating an account, we store it only long enough to send you one confirmation link. Confirm it, and the stored copy is deleted (your new account carries the address instead). Never confirm it, and the comment and email are automatically purged within about 30 days.
  • Booking or contacting us uses the details you choose to share (name, email, phone) solely to respond and coordinate care.
  • Cookies: a session cookie keeps you signed in to the community portal, and a small preference remembers your age-gate and cookie-banner choices. That's the full list.

Who processes data on our behalf

Three infrastructure providers handle data so this site can work: Supabase(our database and sign-in system), Vercel (website hosting), andResend (delivering the emails described above). Each receives only what its job requires. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising.

Health information

This website does not ask for or store health information. Health-related conversations happen off this site — during consultations and the licensed screening process — under the confidentiality practices described in your client paperwork. Please don't include personal medical details in public comments or articles; our moderators decline to publish them for your protection.

Your choices and rights

  • You can read everything on this site without an account.
  • You can ask us to delete your community account and its content at any time — email us and we'll take care of it.
  • Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, and deletion of personal data. Email us to exercise them.

Age

Our services and community are for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
