What brings you here shapes how we hold the journey.

Working with depression

When everything feels heavy and flat, even hope can feel like work. You don't have to arrive here hopeful — just curious enough for one quiet conversation.

HOW THE JOURNEY HOLDS THIS
Preparation moves at your pace. Low-energy days are planned for, never judged.
The session day asks nothing of you but to rest and let the experience unfold — you're accompanied the entire time.
Integration focuses on small, concrete ways to carry what surfaced back into daily life.

We'll also talk honestly about timing — a severe depressive episode sometimes calls for stabilizing support before a journey is the safe next step. Your clearance clinician will help you weigh that.

Working with anxiety

If your mind is already racing about whether this is safe — that isn't a disqualifier. It's the exact thing our structure is designed around.

HOW THE JOURNEY HOLDS THIS
Every step is explained before it happens — hour by hour, no surprises.
You'll meet the room and your facilitator during preparation, so the session day holds nothing unfamiliar.
You can pause, ask, or slow down at any point — the schedule serves you, not the reverse.

Anxiety about the experience itself is one of the most common things we talk through in the free consultation. You're not the exception; you're the norm.

Working with trauma

Trauma teaches the body that nothing is fully safe. So we build safety you can verify — the same facilitator at every step, a room you've already seen, a plan you helped shape.

HOW THE JOURNEY HOLDS THIS
You'll have met your facilitator and the room before the session day — nothing unfamiliar, no one new.
Boundaries you set in preparation (touch, music, silence) are honored without question.
Integration gives what surfaced somewhere to land, at whatever pace you need.

If you're already working with a therapist, we're glad to coordinate with them — with your permission. A journey works best as part of your support, not instead of it.

What a session actually looks like

The same four steps, whatever brings you here: clearance, preparation, a guided ~5-hour session, integration.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
When we'd suggest a different path

If clearance raises a safety concern — a contraindicated condition, a medication interaction, or timing that isn't right — we'll say so directly and help you find alternatives. An honest no is part of good care.

How screening works

Before anything is scheduled, a licensed clinician reviews your health history and current medications with you. It's a conversation, not a test — and it exists to protect you.

The first step is a conversation, not a decision.
